Strength!






If you really want to see results it is very important to change the types of foods you are consuming.  Avoid foods that are processed. If you can't read the ingredients, don't eat it! Your diet should consist of as many "live" foods as possible, ie fresh fruits and vegetables. If you must buy packaged foods read the label and try to buy organic products. ALWAYS read the labels.
