Strength!
If you really want to see results it is very important to change the types of foods you are consuming. Avoid foods that are processed. If you can't read the ingredients, don't eat it! Your diet should consist of as many "live" foods as possible, ie fresh fruits and vegetables. If you must buy packaged foods read the label and try to buy organic products. ALWAYS read the labels.

Flaxmilk
As an expat nothing gets me more excited than a Western-based grocery store. What's more exciting is finding American products in those stores. I spotted this Flaxmilk and thought I'd give it a try.

Normal
Me too!! But unfortunately after a very recent unexpected surgery I would kill for normal. No workouts. No fat-burning-kick-my-butt-I'm-gonna-be-so-dang-hot-sweat-sessions in two months. Sigh! But you my little lovelies, you must press on. Do not give up!! When you hit the gym today do your workout for me!! 'Cause I'm rooting for ya!
