Eating healthy is just as important as excercise. Start your day with oatmeal add in a little greek yogurt and blueberries.  If you need a little more "sweet" drizzle a little agave nectar. This tiny meal, packed with fiber and protein, gives your body a boost by lowering the bad cholestorol, reducing free radicals and aiding in reducing belly fat and it feels yummy in your tummy!
